The Bondage Princess

Hope everyone is having a great Smahain!
I really didn't have any plans or money to celebrate it. I was kinda planning on a costume, but it would of had required some white clothing and I don't really have any... But anyway I'm just going to celebrate it my way. And I thought I could at least look nice for it. I kinda have a thing for using bondage attire in with my clothing. But I also like puffy things (if you had not already guessed haha) so I though it would be weird and cool to mix them together.

For some reason I got this idea that I need to learn German. So like a week ago I uploaded Duolingo on my phone and have been adventuring around German learning websites. Ich bin eine Frau! I hope I can stick with it and not just get lazy at some point. Though it's weird to learn German through English, I think it might actually be easier since there isn't the weird Finnish system making me all confused. And my English is pretty good anyways.

I kinda hate how yesterday I got this makeup spot on, but then I decided not to take pictures that day. Today it just didn't want to work in any way. BLEH.

On youtube I like to watch those Abandoned Places - videos. Like asylums, mansions etc. So to get to the spooky mood today I watched a real marathon of those. If you want to check a cool channel I recommend "The Proper People". They really know their stuff. They actually research the places they explore so they can tell you the backstory. Which I appreciate.

Harness - Aliexpress
Top - H&M
Belt - Ebay
Tulle skirt - Ebay
Skirt - Flea market
Shoes - Demonia, second hand

Lately I have also been wasting my days away with the Final Fantasy XIV - A Realm Reborn. It really must be the best MMORPG I have played so far. They even had a cool Halloween stuff around these days. Though unlike the Elder Scrolls Online, this one has a monthly payment, which is a bummer.

I feel somewhat better these days. But it's still kind hard to sleep and I avoid sleeping as much as I can. Today the clocks were also tuned to winter time, and I believe that will just screw me up more. But what can you do.

I also hate how the light time of the days are so minimal that I need to effin plan my day if I want to take any pictures that day. Also you must not forget the oh so lovely winter depression.

Samhain Tears

Lately I have been hiding from the world.

I have been cleaning, playing, decorating... Whatever you can do at home. Some weeks ago I lost my last grandparent and it made me really depressed. My thoughts keep me awake at night and I don't really feel like seeing or talking to much anyone.

I like to dress how I feel so I'm thinking my outfit today was pretty spot on.

I'm slowly starting to feel better. It's just as a hypersensitive person, these things are hard for me.

Hat - Flea market
Top - Punk Rave, ebay
Brooch - The pumpkin coven
Corset - Dracula Clothing
Skirt - Spin doctor, Second hand
Shoes - Fantasy Shoes, Second hand

Yesterday though, I left home for a final Halloween round up. I just wanted to get it done with before Halloween

From Sinooperi I got some candles, bottle labels and some spiderweb ribbon.

From H&M I got skull towels, bat towels and miscellaneous stuff. As well as a bat print dress. But I'm kinda having a hard time using it with anything since heavily printed clothes aren't usually my thing.

From Lidl I got these molds. Last year I got some similar stuff from them so I thought I would refill my collection. Coffin shaped cupcakes would be awsome..

From Lindex child department I got these adorable socks!

I even made myself to go to the flea market and I picked up these pumpkins and a candle holder.

I had already raided Tiger for Halloween stuff put I went again and got some stuff I forgot. The slime coffins are so cute! They are pretty hefty plastic and they have cool pattern on the side of them. I thought I would  make something cool out of them when I get bored of the slime.

I also have some pictures from our home for getting in to the mood of Halloween.

Don't you dare to laugh at my old tiny bedroom tv!

I don't really decorate for Samhain. I decorate for the whole year. It's just that around Samhain the amount of decorations multiply for obvious reason.

Sometime ago I changed my blog pictures a bit. Now you can click sideways pictures and you can see them bigger. Just if you want to see some details a bit better.

Hopefully I can gather my energies and celebrate Samhain properly. I hope everyone else is really enjoying the Fall season!

The Cure at Helsinki + Helsinki haul!

Last Friday me and my friend went to see The Cure in Helsinki! I had been their fan forever and it was just such a surreal feeling to see them live...

We got there early and we had field tickets, I just can't believe how close we got to them. Like they were right in front of us!

Do I spot some new rocks? :') Hehee... Anyways, I really liked the show! Robert Smith threw a bit of jokes and small talk between the songs and it made the concert not feel so official and stuck up. I don't know if that persona that showed is just a stage thing but I would really like to believe he's like that in person too.

The field life wasn't all roses and flowers... People touching you all the time, jumping next to you, trying to shove themselves in front of you... screaming like it's the end of the world. Overflowing bag hurting my neck (because I was just too cheap and excited to pay for the cloakroom). I know people express their enthusiasm differently but I really do prefer the calm admiring approach over the screaming and fainting kind.

I'm kinda sad that the pictures I took from the whole band didn't really turn out so well. But ohhh at least you'll see a lot of Robert Smith :'').

I did feel somewhat bad for the people standing behind me since I had backcombed my wig to the max and it really stood out. Probably made it harder for some to see. Sorry! But I did get lots of compliments on it from older men tho, haha!

Before the show we stocked up on some merch. The t-shirts there were ridiculously pricey so I settled on this canvas bad and pin-back set, though those weren't so cheap either. The bag was 20€ and the set 5€.

We had some time before and the day after the concert to shop! Pretty quickly we found a party(?) shop from Forum which had looadddds of hallween stuff on stock. From there I grabbed this shiny life sized skull piggy bank and a spiderweb table cover!

We also visited a flea market! Found this neat hat! It's kinda mourning hat'ish and I really like that!7

From Gina Tricot I picked up this belt pocket thing and some eye shadows. I had been looking for their black eye shadow everywhere. The one I have now is almost gone and it's the best matte black eye shadow I had ever had. But it looks like they are discontinuing it since I found these form the sales bin... Well at least I'll survive with these for a while!

This jacket is also form the flea market!

And we also visited UFF's store. It took some digging around but I did find this sinister skirt and this spider webby shirt with no brand name. Probably have to exchange the strings on it since they are a bit tattered, but otherwise it's fabulous! Uhh sorry I didn't even take the tags off yet.. :'D

Ah well I didn't really take outfit pictures or anything like that. I just kinda threw something on in the morning since I had spend the days before playing... Oopsie! But well you'll see a lot of me usually on my posts so it's nice to do something different for a change!
